Mother’s Day in March?

Absolutely! Celebrate moms everywhere with “Mother’s Day Magic,” a book collection of 12 new stories written by 13 authors from across the globe. Allyson R. Abbott spearheaded this project. “I love to buy books as presents. I wanted to find a book that would let my mom know how much I appreciate her,” she said.

She told a writer friend, Grace, who wanted to do the same. They set out to write their stories, but Grace suffers from multiple sclerosis and it became so bad she had to stop writing.

Enjoy a Great Read for a Great Cause

Abbott sent out an appeal to authors worldwide to write stories for Mother's Day, and to donate 10 percent of every book sold to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

“My call was answered by 13 special authors and our ‘Mother's Day Magic’ box set was born. Read these beautiful stories and help stop a crippling disease–MS,” said Abbott.

Although we celebrate Mother’s Day in May, don’t wait to let your mom (or your friends who are moms) know how much you love her with these great stories.
